Elektron Switch House - Property Management

The Switch House and Elektron Buildings are managed by Consort Property Management, which is part of The Peverel Group.

The Consort customer services team can be contacted for accounts queries, to make a telephone payment or if you would like to share your views on an issue that cannot be answered by the onsite Consort development staff.

You can also use these contact details to get in touch with Ryan Collier, Consort's Senior Property Manager.

Ryan is responsible for a small portfolio of Consort developments and supports the Development Manager in the setting of annual service charge budgets and other management issues. This includes regularly consulting with the residents association.

Once you have registered you will be sent a password in the post. You can then access a range of development specific maintenance and financial information, including:
